Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

14s-18s Club Volleyball

We understand that circumstances may change, and you might need to withdraw from the program. Please review our refund policy below: Registration Fee: The registration fee is non-refundable once the season has started. Withdrawal Before Season Start: If you withdraw from the program before the first practice, a full refund minus a small processing fee will be issued. Withdrawal During Season: If you withdraw after the season has started, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please submit a written request for a refund, and we will review your situation. Injuries: If an athlete is unable to continue due to injury, a partial refund may be available upon providing a doctor's note. Additional Fees: Any additional fees (e.g., uniforms, tournament fees) are non-refundable once they have been incurred.
